At Life Rebuild AI, we pride ourselves on the high quality of our strategic consulting and AI integration services. Because our services involve bespoke professional labor and time-intensive strategic planning, we operate a transparent refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.
Completed Sessions: Once a consulting session or strategy audit has been completed, no refunds will be issued. The service is considered "fully delivered" at the conclusion of the scheduled time.
In-Progress Work: For long-term projects or custom workflow builds, refunds are only available for the "unearned" portion of the fee (work not yet started).
More than 48 Hours Notice: Clients may reschedule or cancel their session for a full 100% refund.
24 to 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations within this window are eligible for a 50% refund, or the full amount can be applied as a credit toward a future session.
Less than 24 Hours / No-Show: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, are non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of our AI frameworks, downloadable blueprints, and recorded training materials, these items are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or sent.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@liferebuildai.com. Please include your transaction ID and the reason for the request. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 7-10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Life Rebuild AI reserves the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant industry watchdogs and credit bureaus.
